The 2026 season in a few words
The 2026 season confirmed Alexander Weiss’s dominance in F3 Classic Interseries!
Driving his Ralt RT3 – Alfa, the Dane swept both races at Brands Hatch, Zandvoort, Dijon and Mugello, claiming the championship title with 654 points after dropped scores. Behind him, Italy’s Davide Leone (March 783 – Toyota) kept the title battle alive for much of the season, retaining the championship lead through the Zandvoort round thanks to remarkable consistency. He finishes runner-up with 545 points.
Monaco’s Frédéric Lajoux (March 793 – VW) completes the championship podium with 483 points, following a season featuring four podium finishes. His rivalry with Éric Martin (Martini MK39 – Alfa) produced some of the year’s finest battles, right up to the final race at Mugello, where he held on to second place by just 14 thousandths of a second ! Only eight points separate the two drivers in the final championship standings.
