Except in cases where an agreement expressly derogates from it, disputes between persons having the quality of a merchant will be under the jurisdiction of the commercial court of HVMRACING, and disputes for which one or more persons do not have the quality of a merchant will be governed according to the rules of jurisdiction of the French Code of Civil Procedure.
